I love St. Patty’s Day because it really feels like a Spring holiday! When St. Patty’s Day rolls around, you know that we’re getting closer to Spring. It’s also a nice excuse to get festive and have fun with your friends drinking and eating good food. It kinda breaks up the long period of time between New Years and Easter. This recipe is super easy and most likely can be made at home with ingredients that you already have!

I actually made this recipe two different ways so you can see how to make both. Check out the ingredients and how to make these St. Patty’s Day Mimosa Recipes below:

INGREDIENTS VERSION #1:

STEP 1: add orange juice about 3/4 of the glass full (depending on what you want your ratio to be – I know some people are very passionate about the “one drop of OJ in their mimosa” ratio)

STEP 2: add a splash of green food coloring to make it festive and on point

STEP 3: stir the green food coloring and OJ

STEP 4: add a splash of Blue Curacao Liqueur

STEP 5: top off the rest of your glass with your favorite bubbly champagne

Ready to serve

INGREDIENTS VERSION #2:

STEP 1: add 3/4 glass full of your favorite bubbly (this mimosa is going to be stronger than the way I have it written above, so do with that what you will)

STEP 2: add a dash of green edible glitter – I have a collection of different colors of this particular brand and feel that it provides the most vibrant looking glitter. The brand is called Fancy Sprinkles and I will link their St. Patty’s Day Collection HERE

STEP 3: stir contents of the champagne and glitter

You’re ready to go!

You can also add some fun garnishing if you’d like! I think it would be great to get a tooth pick and add some fun St. Patty’s Day themed candies like a rainbow sour patch kid and maybe some four leaf clover candies if you can find them!
