In light of day two snow day here in Nashville, here I am talking about mom and daughter winter boots wishing that me and the girls had more in our closet! We don’t get too much use out of the ones we have here at home, but we love a chance to whip them out when we go on vacation to a snowy wonderland. This year we were lucky enough to get some snow of our own! Who is to say this will be the last snow storm of the season… we could easily get a random snow/ice storm in March. It’s happened before. Bottom line is, TN weather is super unpredictable. So it’s always better to be prepared, am I right?! Besides, I know a lot of you going on vacation to Colorado for Spring Break this year – so this is a perfect check off your list for you and the girls packing essentials!
I personally didn’t grow up in an era where we matched our parents. There were plenty of people that I knew that matched their siblings from time to time, but it was never really a full blown the whole fam is matching type of deal. I believe this has developed over the past 5 years really. A lot of that has to do with taking photos for social media which I get it.. roll your eyes. But it’s fun! I enjoy shopping with my girls and picking stuff out that we can all color coordinate in. Especially for when we go on vacation! Now todays blog post isn’t necessarily matching winter boots.
