Fig Vodka Cocktail Recipe: Lemon Elderberry

Hi thirsty friends! Today I’m sharing my Fig Vodka Cocktail Recipe: Lemon Elderberry. This recipe is delicious, fresh, and perfect for spring coming up. With this bipolar warm and cold weather sweeping through Nashville, my tastebuds have been all over the place. It has been in the mid to high seventies this week?! Like hello pool weather! I would be lying if I said that I’m not dreaming about cold and refreshing beverages… Keep reading to see how we put this one together and see what you’ll need to make one for yourself!

This perfect weekender drink will have you craving warm spring/summer nights in no time. BTW – did you know the sun will start setting a 7pm soon? GOODBYE seasonal depression. See ya NEVER. No, but really. Did March hit anyone else like super hard? January can be tough because it’s so dang long. I feel like by the time we make it to Feb we’re beyond ready to just skip to the good part. We’ve celebrated all the major holidays, we’re ready for a break from the kids school activities and homework, we’re sick of being cold when we go outside, we’re lacking some serious Vitamin D, our skin is dry, all the things. Now that it’s March… Spring just hurry up – and please stick around. We don’t need a March snow storm.

If you want to transport yourself to a month or two from now enjoying this refreshing beverage on your back porch with friends, then save this blog post for later and now. This drink is light, delicious, and has just the perfect amount of booze. I have loved everything lemon my entire life. Like literally used to suck on lemons RAW as a child… maybe that’s why my dentist always suggested whiting my teeth lol. Also, it has elderberry! And isn’t Elderberry all the rave for keeping the “C” word away? Don’t quote me on that. But I know it’s good for you.

PS isn’t she cute?… It’s giving me southern woman fresh brewed ice tea vibes.

You can throw this cocktail together in a just a few minutes, also making it the perfect drink for hosting guests! This fresh lemony cocktail is SO delish, you will be on your way to your 3rd before you can say vodka.
