Easy and Delicious Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing my Easy and Delicious Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe! If you’ve been following my recipes, you know that I’m all about healthy, delicious, and EASY.

With the girls heading back to school soon, having easy meals to make is one of the most important things for me. I enjoy cooking so much! Delicious meals don’t always have to take forever to cook or be complicated. They can actually be really simple. When you revert back to simpler times when good food meant fresh veggies with earth’s natural herbs and seasonings, you figure out that is really the backbone of all the most delicious meals. It’s easy to get caught up in processed foods full of artificial flavors and nonsense in todays world – trust me, when we’ve all had a long day we cave into this sometimes! BUT all the more reason it’s super important for me to MAKE TIME to cook for my family. In addition to all that, it really does help me slow down and just be in the moment. Cooking is like art. To me it’s an opportunity to clear my mind and focus on what I’m doing. When so often my mind is in a million different places (I know you feel me on this mommas).

This Easy and Delicious Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe is one of my very faves because they remind me of the brussel sprouts I always order from one of my favorite restaurants. If your’e from Nashville, surely you’ve been. And if you haven’t, I HIGHLY recommend going. VIRAGO. It is a top pick on almost all of my Nashville restaurant lists. Their brussel sprouts are incredible and I have always been working to imitate them! Now, I’m not getting too high on my horse don’t worry. They definitely aren’t as good as theirs… but man, they are pretty dang close! Keep reading for instructions on these bad boys as well as all of the ingredients that you’ll need 🙂

Roasted Brussel Sprouts Instructions:

  • Pour halved brussels sprouts into a bowl
  • Coat with olive oil – mix
  • Season with Green Goddess seasoning blend from Trader Joes
  • Season with pepper
  • Mix together
  • Season with garlic salt
  • Mix again
  • Take your brussels sprouts mixture and prepare to roast (I used my Ninja Foodi Grill on the air crisp setting) set heat to 350-400 (would be similar temp if cooking in oven insted)
  • Watch your brussels for ultimate crisp level – if you want them more crispy, leave them in longer
  • Once brussels are at the crisp level of your desire, place mixture back into bowl
  • Coat with Balsamic (as you know balsamic can get tangy, so use at your discretion)
  • Add goat cheese crumbles
