Winter Cocktail: Sweater Weather Drink Recipe

Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing my Winter Cocktail: Sweater Weather Drink Recipe! If you’ve been loving the winter themed cocktails, you’re really going to like this one. Keep reading to find out how to make this amazing cocktail and see how ours turned out!

This recipe is inspired by Nashville’s very own “LA Jackson”! Which if you’ve never been, you definitely need to go. It’s absolutely beautiful year round and has rooftop views of the city like no other. Here’s an amazing quote from their lead bartender: “Like many classic drinks, the interpretation is in the eye of the drink pourer. Our “SweataWeatha” is a riff on a bourbon smash and incorporates notes of apple, cinnamon, and raisins to make this the cocktail of fall. The name comes from a SNL ski that absolutely hyperbolizes fall. We tend to name our cocktails after pop culture reference and love when guests attempt to guess the origin of the name.” – Paul Morrison

Well, Paul. It must take some talent to create these drinks! We’re just here to share it with the world because man oh man, it’s too good not to! As you can see, Paul referenced fall a lot in his quote. Personally, I think this drink is just the perfect cold weather cocktail no matter fall or winter. Hence the “sweater weather” reference. Anyways, let’s get to the recipe.
