Hi friends! Today I’m sharing my Watermelon Cucumber-Lime Collagen Margarita or Mocktail Recipe! Keep reading to see what makes this the perfect refreshing summer beverage.
What if I told you that you could have yourself a little summer friendly watermelon margarita but with added benefits? I have your attention now, don’t I? Well as someone who is consistently trying to outsmart the system and give into my guilty pleasures, I will always find a way to make bad things good. Ok maybe not good but better…eh not as bad in some cases. I have been craving watermelon like crazy since it’s summer, probably a childhood nostalgia thing. I was trying to brainstorm drink ideas and was leaning towards a watermelon margarita (I’ll attempt that this weekend) and it hit me. I had an unopened Cucumber Lime collagen container in the cabinet that I had been dying to try. Since I typically use vanilla collagen in my coffee, I couldn’t figure out what to do with this new flavor. **You can use my discount code nashvillewifestyles for 20% off.
Sidenote: the Strawberry Lemonade flavor is heavenly and I just mix it with water.
If you’re curious about collagen here is a little info about Ancient Nutrition collagen:

- It can increase density in bones weakened with age and can improve joint, back and knee pain
- Supports a healthy gut, skin, hair, nails and joints†
- Features Collagen type I, II, III, V and X
- In my personal opinion and reviews by my stepmom and grandmother it has helped with skin elasticity, cellulite, wrinkles, dryness of skin
- It’s as simple as taking collagen pills or adding a scoop a day to your morning coffee or other flavors to water.
Watermelon Margarita With Cucumber Lime Collagen
Ingredients: (Served 5)
- 3 cups of ice
- 1/2 a watermelon
- Stevia
- Lime Juice
- 5 scoops Cucumber Lime Collagen
- Tres Agaves Tequila
Directions:
It’s as easy as mixing all of the ingredients in a blender and pouring in your cup to enjoy. I did a taste test for the lime and stevia as I’m not huge on measuring.
I loved it because it was delicious but I also didn’t feel guilty about it because the ingredients were so clean. I hope you guys enjoy this fun summer recipe. Please share and pin 🙂
