Hi there, Millennial friends! Today I’m sharing my Millennial Fashion: Euphoria Inspired Outfit Ideas. As a Millennial mom, it is sometimes hard to keep up with the new fashion trends that these Gen Z’s are whipping out. BUT today I’m here to give you a little guide on how you can hop on the Euphoria Inspired Outfit train while still dressing tastefully.
Like me, some of you may have children. And we can’t necessarily be walking around in see through tops. Does it mean we can’t have a little fun with our wardrobe and stay with the trends? Absolutely not! These outfit ideas are super fun for a night out with the girls, date night with your boo, or if you’re looking to do a themed photo shoot of sorts! Honestly, I’ve seen a lot of this fashion inspo out on the streets of Broadway here in Nashville. It has been a tasteful mix or Euphoria Inspired Outfit pieces along with a little bit of cowgirl. I’m here for it!
If you’ve never seen Euphoria, you’re in for a wild ride. I’ll be sharing a variety of different Euphoria themed posts throughout this week (including a makeup look that I’m SO excited for). In the meantime, here is a fun Euphoria inspired cocktail to get you in the mood HERE!
If you’ve seen it, you know that it’s super addicting. You really can’t take your eyes off it because you don’t know what super bizarre thing is going to happen on the screen next! You can watch Euphoria season 1 and now 2 on HBO Max!
Warning: it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. It is all things teenage raunchy, drugs, alcohol, and more. What I love about it the most is it’s focus on mental health and how big of a real problem it is for kids in high school these days. Mental health illness has always been around, but society has never talked about it the way we openly do now. I like how the show highlights some of the absolute darkest things that teenagers and young adults are going through. The pressure of social media, body image, prestige, and more! It’s honestly refreshing to see a show take an angle where they don’t dance around the idea that some people may really be relating to some of these characters.
Is it super scary to think about as a mom? Hell yes. Sometimes I watch this show and think there is no way that my little girls would ever struggle like some of these characters do. Well, it’s very important to remember that it IS a show and it is made for ENTERTAINMENT. But there are little truths to everything. I believe it’s super important that we as parents open our eyes to the terrible but real life things out there. We can’t protect them forever, but it’s important to remember that they look up to you every single day. Everything you say to them, sticks. Whether you think it does or not. Somewhere in their subconscious, they are always picking up on elements in their environment and their relationships. It is our job to help them be the best versions of themselves while also letting them flourish! Again, if you haven’t watched the show yet, you’ll understand where I’m getting at after you do. Even though this is relevant regardless I think.
ANYWAYS – rant over. Just watch the show, if anything, for the fashion alone. It is so fun to see how creative they get with the wardrobe and makeup every single episode! Here are some Euphoria Inspired Outfit Ideas below that I believe are perfect for the Millennial looking to stay with the trends! Check them out below:
