Hello everyone! Today I am introducing my FREE Bullet Journal Cheat Sheet: Mental Health edition for Mental Health Awareness Month!
A Glimpse Into My Journey:
If you’ve been following me in the past couple of months, you know that I’ve begun to share some of my personal mental health journey. This has not been easy, but I am sure that this is the right direction for me. Every single day I feel better about being open about my journey with you all. It has been a progressive realization that you truly can learn from other peoples experiences and apply them to your own life. You all have been immensely supportive and reactive to the content I’ve shared on this topic! I couldn’t be more thankful to have this platform that allows me to share my personal experiences. Discussing these topics becomes all worth it if it means it’s helping someone else on their journey. Not only do I hope and pray that it helps some of you, but in the long run you’re really helping me too. Talking about every day struggles, battles with events that have been suppressed, and the learning process of opening up yourself to healing are all elements that you, as my audience have helped me with. That’s really why we’re all here right? To share our experiences and learn from each other? To lift each other up? To talk about the hard things even when it puts a lump in your throat and tears in your eyes? The era of covid I think has really brought us together in some crazy ways that we never expected. I wrote a blog back in October about Warning Signs Of Depression and Anxiety that may be worth taking a peak at if you or someone you love has been struggling.
I’ve come to realize that nobody is perfect. No matter how we make our lives look on social media, no matter how our ego tells us we should portray ourselves, no matter how wealthy or how beautiful or how “perfect” our bodies are. Every single one of you is beautiful in your own unique way. You’re beautiful for all of your flaws, your trials, and your triumphs. You’re beautiful even in your darkest moments. It is so important to remember these things because they open our hearts to healing. They open our minds up to learning and unlearning certain habits. They remind us that we CAN rewrite our story. We have an opportunity to wake up every single day and rewrite our destiny. Once you make the choice to start helping yourself, you begin the road on a very long amazing journey that really never ends.
Bullet Journal Cheat Sheet:
Here I have provided you with a Bullet Journal Cheat Sheet that I only hope will help you get started on this journey. Journaling has been an absolute game changer for me. Being able to get your thoughts, feelings, and habits out on paper is an amazing thing. It can help you realize things about yourself that you were doing or lacking in. It can help you dip your feet into a whole new realm and unlock thoughts in your subconscious that turn into actions! Journaling can help us be more intentional. When we set an intention at the beginning of each day, we live our life with much more purpose. We are more productive. We are happier. We are closer to bridging that gap between the “ideal self” and the “real self”. The closer we can bridge this gap, the better off we are.
Using these FREE bullet journal cheat sheets that are printable should save you some time from having to make them yourself but I totally understand if you’d like to use them simply as inspiration and make your own. You can even print them and put them in your planner or notebook as an addition. Everyones journey is so different, it’s definitely not one size fits all! I just hope that this will inspire at least a few of you to look at diving into you mental health a little bit. Remember, at the end of the day, you’re all you have. I can’t stress how important it is to make sure YOU are good. Check in with yourself and act accordingly. Take 15 minutes of self care or take a whole day! Take exactly what you need. You’re no good to anyone if you aren’t good. The old saying “You can’t pour from an empty cup” couldn’t be more true, ya feel me? Cheers xx

I personally use an Erin Condren more than any other planner or notebook just because it is multi functional and has so many accessory options to keep me on track.
