Fall Fashion Trends: How to Style THE Rainbow Ombre Dress of the Season
It’s the last day of September and it’s 96 here in Nashville. Basically that means my sweaters and boots are taking a backseat to airy dresses that feel like fall but don’t make me feel like I’m roasting. I saw someone wear this rainbow ombre dress on IG and immediately told me it was a must have. Well they were right. I have received so many compliments on it and it’s such an easy transition that you could wear for any season except maybe winter. It’s the perfect balance of bold but subtle at the same time. Trust me people will stop you to tell you how fab it is everywhere you go.
I did have to size up on the dress to a medium. The fun thing about it is it is a button up so you can also wear it as a duster or even a beach cover up if you’re going to a fancy beach party. It has self-tie strings on the cuffs, a hi-lo hemline, it’s unlined and obviously has a gradient/ombre design.
I paired it with a pink boater hat from Lack of Color. You could swap out the shoes for booties to make it more fall appropriate but it’s so hot in Nashville, I can’t even think of fall fashion right now. Cant wait to share more Friday Fashion favorites with you guys.
