This Garlic Butter New York Strip Recipe is so mouth watering y’all. With the weather warming up, I always crave fresh grilled meat. There is nothing tastier than good organic meat with a side of veggies! We try to save this recipe for special occasions because although it may be simple, it really is a treat. INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 New York Strips (depending on how many people you’re serving)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Butter
  • Asparagus

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Place raw steak strips on a plate and coat with olive oil
  • Then cover all over with a generous amount of salt and pepper
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil to an oven safe skillet
  • Add one tablespoon of minced garlic / cook until fragrant
  • Add steak strips and sear for 3-4 minutes per side on medium-high heat
  • Add a square of butter on top of each
  • Place steaks in oven until cooked to your desired temperature
  • Top with parsley for garnish
  • Serve with a side of asparagus or your favorite veggie side!
