This year we’re stepping up our cooking game for summer and I’m gonna be showing YOU – with the help of Taylor Farms Chopped Salad Kits – how to make super quick, easy, and delicious meals the entire family will love! We absolutely LOVE Taylor Farms in this household. We honestly make it a part of our meal just about everyday. For those of you who may not know, Taylor Farms salad kits are comprised of multiple bags inside of a bag – each bag containing a different compartment of the salad: examples cheese, croutons, and dressing. You just take all the ingredients, toss them in a bowl & stir, then it’s ready to be served! It can be used as a main course for lunch or a perfect side salad during dinner. Our personal favorite kits are the Buffalo Ranch Chopped Kit and the Caesar Chopped Kit. All in all, it’s super simple and easy – and the tastiness is just a bonus!
Grilling out is a basic staple for the summer. I’m so proud of myself that I taught myself to grill and don’t have to wait on Matt any more. There’s something about grilled chicken that makes me actually crave leftovers as opposed to dreading them like I typically do. Y’all have been asking for my mother in law’s dijon chicken marinade recipe (I tweaked it to make it healthier) so here it is:
Easy & Fast Taylor Farms Recipes
Easy Recipe #1
Mustard Chicken
- 1/2 cup Honey dijon mustard
- 4 tbs Amino Acids
- 2 tbs Avocado Oil
- 6 tbs Lemon juice
- Serve it with Taylor Farms Buffalo Ranch Chopped Kit
Marinade for at least 30 minutes but as long as you can. Also those are just guidelines to marinate, I follow them loosely now. I definitely just eye the amount and I know I use more lemon juice and amino acid than that.
Then I grill it. I personally love charred chicken but do it to your liking. Then top your Buffalo Ranch
I also love to pair grilled chicken with Garlic kit and BBQ ranch.
Easy recipe #2: for summer grill outs you can stress no more. I’ve got the perfect side for you. Throw some burgers and hot dogs on the grill with some ears of corn and toss together Taylor Farm’s new Steakhouse Wedge Chopped Kit. It’s the perfect addition to your cookout and requires no chopping. You simply open the bag and toss it together. More time spent with friends and family, less time prepping food.
#3 Another easy recipe with Taylor Farms is Taco Tuesday night where you can sautee beef or chicken and either do a Taco Salad or Tacos with their Avocado Ranch or their new Salsa Ranch kit. I just added some fresh salsa and tortillas because the kits have all you need with dressing, cheese, corn and lettuce blend. No chopping necessary, it’s the easiest taco night I’ve done. You can check out my Fiesta Party that only took an hour & under $200 here.
I hope you guys loved these easy Taylor Farms recipes for lunch and dinner! I can’t wait to share more about Taylor Farms with you. Until then you can find it at your local Publix, Target, Kroger, Walmart and many more. Find your location HERE.
