I love a good bloody mary. I love ordering them for brunch and in my opinion they’re the best as spicy as they come. I love how much fun restaurants have with them adding as much stuff as possible. But now know that I can make one in less than 3 minutes, I love them even more. I recently discovered the most delicious bloody mary mixer that not only makes brunch time easier but is made with all natural ingredients. Recently I substituted tequila for my bloody mary out of pure curiosity and it blew me away how delicious it was. So obviously I wanted to share with you guys this Tequila Bloody Mary Recipe…
INGREDIENTS:
- Tres Agaves Tequila (I used the Blanco)
- Tres Agaves Bloody Mary Mix. I love their Bloody Mary mix because it is Certified USDA Organic, Gluten Free, made with All Natural Ingredients, contains no High Fructose Corn Syrup and is sweetened only with Agave Nectar.
- Lime Juice. Use fresh limes or I use Santa Cruz lime juice.
- Horseradish
- Celery
- Hot sauce
- Black Pepper
Garnishes used: Banana peppers, Green Olives, Wickles (spicy pickles) and pickled okra.
- You can rim the highball glass with celery salt or chili lime powder. Then fill the glass with ice.
- Mix together the bloody mary mix, a shot of tequila, juice from lime wedge, hot sauce at your discretion, a touch of horseradish and sprinkle black pepper on top.
- Garnish with lime or lemon, olives, pickle spears, Banana peppers and celery stalks, if desired.
Hope you guys enjoy!
