YES – we are finally talking Fall people!
Pumpkin Spice is in the aiiiir y’all! Can you believe it?! How are we already in September? Almost October? Before we know it we’re going to be blinking and it will be 2022! Where even did the year go. I hope you all had an amazing summer. As of now we have a good bit of travel plans coming up early fall into the holidays.
I am so excited to be sharing this with y’all today because Fall is literally one of my very favorite holidays. If you all have been following me for a while, you know that I usually jump right on decorating super early for whatever the season is. In Tennessee, sometimes people look at you weird if you decorate early because it stays hot out for so long. That has never stopped me though! If August or September, you best believe I’m hanging up my Fall wreath and whipping out some of my favorite Fall decor for the season.
This year I’m SO into the super moody vibe. Especially because we’ve been updating our entire home, my whole style has really changed this year. For the past few years, I’ve been rocking the whole “storybook southern chic farmhouse” vibe. Well folks, we have hit a major upgrade in interior design taste and style. I’m not saying I regret those design choices. That was totally in like over the past 5 years. We are well into our mid century modern transformation and I couldn’t be happier with the progress.
As we grow, I think it’s so important to also upgrade the space around us. We spend A LOT of time in our homes. Ever heard of you are who you surround yourself with? Well you are also what sits and surrounds you in your home. You are what that space is for you. Is your home decor calming? Motivating? Exciting? Moody? Invigorating? Fascinating? Intricate? Now I know a lot of people don’t read this far into maybe anything. Lol. I however have learned how essential it is for my environment to align with my goals, style, and mind. I know it sounds crazy, but when things like this in your life are aligned, the fog and noise from the world really starts to clear up a bit.
