Hi hungry friends! Today I’m sharing The Best Blueberry Crumble Banana Bread Muffins: Eat GoNanas! If you love all things banana bread, you’re going to LOVE this vegan, gluten-free, and top allergen-free Blueberry Crumble Banana Bread Muffins Recipe! Keep reading to find out why GoNanas is the MOVE and all about how to make this mouth watering recipe this Summer.
GoNanas is all about healthy comfort food that is vegan, gluten-free, and top allergen-free. This women-owned company produces products/recipes developed from an old family recipe that awakens the tastebuds without wrecking your health-conscious lifestyle. You guys know that I’m always looking to share better-for-you recipes that are delicious! You shouldn’t have to give up your guilty pleasures… just be smarter about them! Their Vegan Banana Bread offers a tasty healthier-for-you option to traditional baked goods.
Why GoNanas:
Annie & Morgan started GoNanas as neighbors and best friends at the University of Michigan. They were super passionate about health and food, but saw a lack of healthy yet delicious food options on campus (especially in the baked goods arena)! Ironically, both girls had family recipes that dated way back and it turns out that their families also had a passion for banana bread and bakes goods. Annie and Morgan set sail on their taste testing journey to find the perfect banana bread recipe. From the start, their goal has been to provide a delicious, healthier-for-you treat made from REAL ingredients that everyone will love!
You all know that I’m all about supporting women-owned startups as I am a business owner myself! I know how difficult it can be to establish yourself in this space as it has been male-dominated for so many years. I believe it’s SO important for us women to support other women. If your business, product or idea is giving value to the world in one way shape or another – sign me up to be your hype women! I will never say no 😉 Annie and Morgan work to empower other women-owned and small businesses as well. They are all about relationship building, growing community, and partnership development (which I absolutely love)!
In a world that is full of fast everything… fast fashion, fast food, you name it! It’s so refreshing to see companies out there working so hard to make a change. On the opposite end of that, we unfortunately see a lot of food shaming. If you’re dieting a certain way then society judges you, or claims you have some sort of disorder. GoNanas is contributing to change the power dynamic of the food industry and these silly misconceptions! Annie and Morgan made it a part of their mission to stand against diet culture and reject the diet mindset of “eat this not that.” Instead, they embrace eating according to what our bodies want and need. “That’s why we made something that is good for your body AND soul, so you can live a healthy, balanced lifestyle with joy and ease”.
What I love about their products is that when you flip over the package, all of the ingredients you can recognize (and actually pronounce). You won’t see any crazy foreign preservatives or other nasties that are commonly found in your traditional baked goods. GoNanas has found a way to totally modernize banana bread. And that is just legendary. With their recipes, you still get that mouth-watering indulgent taste of banana bread deliciousness, while properly fueling your body. What else could you want in life?
