TAKE YOUR LOOK FROM DAY TO NIGHT: HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR OUTFIT
Have you ever wondered how to take your look from day to night? Me too. I’m typically a dress person mainly because it’s easier to just throw on, then I just have to worry about the shoes and jewelry. If you’re anything like me, life is constantly hectic and go go go. It’s so easy to make one outfit work for the day and just change it up with some accessories or a hairstyle. There are so many different types of tops that are transitional and I wanted to show you a few of mine. Asos carries such a large assortment and wide range of style. You can find basically anything you are looking for and their prices are the best. When I’m asked where to find a special occasion dress, anything maternity and vacation related, I always say Asos first because they literally carry anything and everything you need. The majority of my closet comes from there. They never disappoint.
This extra girly yellow blouse is so fun and it’s definitely out of my comfort zone but I took a risk. I got so many compliments on this top when I’ve worn it out. Clearly it’s a statement top. I paired it with high waisted jeans and these stunning burgundy shoes. T
You can also pair this top with a pair of dress pants or a pencil skirt to wear to the office.
This floral print tiered bell sleeve top is perfect for a night out on the town. It can be styled multiple ways. I thought the print was so fun, it reminded me of the disco era. I paired it with denim wedges (under $30!) and high waisted jeans for night time but I love it paired with a pair of high waisted distressed shorts and black booties to grit it up for daytime or festivals. (See slideshow below)
I also paired it with my gorgeous layering necklaces from Mary Kathryn. She’s a Nashville local who creates the cutest jewels. If you haven’t checked out her shop, it’s a MUST. You should definitely check out the Ashley trio.

Last but not least, a t-shirt can go a multitude of ways. Here I styled it casually with a pair of distressed shorts and heels. THIS lace sleeve t-shirt is so delicate and feminine but can also be worn dressed up too. You can always tie the t-shirt for a roughed up look or tuck it into a pair of high waisted bottoms for a more put together look. I wear t-shirts for all occasions, I’m definitely a t-shirt kind of girl.
What’s your favorite way to wear a t-shirt? Do you find yourself gravitating towards dressier tops or casual? Would love some input.
