A special Guide to New Years Eve Style below:
You can check out the entire video where my friend Sara with Makeup By Sara gives a step by step for this overall New Years Eve makeup look. I got home and popped on Lily Lashes and experimented with a few different lipsticks to show different looks for you guys. I also have a braid tutorial on my YouTube for you guys with my friend Courtney Milner.
I love a good nude lip and since the eyes were so dramatic and gold, I wanted to go bold or go home so I loved a muted nude like this one to really focus on the eyes.
After the nude lip, I rocked a classic red. I love the elegance of a red lip. I went with a cool red like Mac Ruby Woo to keep my teeth looking white and to brighten my blue eyes.
For my my third look, I stayed with the red hue but I opted for not only a metallic but a coppery red like this one. I think it jazzed up the look.
I’m loving these double dutch pigtail buns my friend Courtney did on my hair. It’s so fun and versatile that you can rock it during the holidays or two days long like I did even to run errands ha. She’s giving a step by step on my YouTube channel for you.

Who doesn’t love to host parties at home for NYE? I live in Nashville and it’s a top destination city for NYE fun. It also can get chaotic and expensive, especially if you have kids and need a sitter. The past 2-3 years we’ve opted to celebrate at home with our own yummy drink recipes, the Netflix countdown for kids and some fun games to play with friends.

Or if you do decide to go out and I can’t blame you (it’s SO fun to get dressed up and set the town on fire), I have rounded up some BOMB outfit ideas.
