Hi babes! Today I’m sharing my Easy Ricotta Toast Appetizer Recipe! It’s incredibly delicious and something you will crave all hours of the day… seriously! You can have this recipe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Y’all know I’m all about the crowd pleasure snacks and treats. This is one that your audience won’t forget.
I am a HUGE fan of all things cheese. Really doesn’t matter the type of cheese honestly. Cheese paired with bread? NEVER BETTER. Although, Ricotta cheese reaches a new level of delicious, creamy, amazingness.
Ricotta Toast Recipe INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 Tsbp minced garlic
- 2-3 teaspoons olive oil
- Lemon Herb Butter (Medlee) or Regular Butter
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 dry pint grape tomatoes
- 1 container Pepperazzi Peppers, chopped (or roasted red peppers work)
- Bruschetta toast slices (I got Everything Bagel from Sprouts) Bagel 8- ounces French baguette, sliced
- Olive oil spray
- 1 cup part skim milk ricotta
- ¼ cup chopped basil, for garnish
- Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and peppers on medium heat until soft.
- Start Ninja Foodi grill on air fry mode.
- Butter the toast and add to air fryer until toasted.
PUT TOGETHER THE MASTER PIECE:
- Scoop whipped ricotta onto each piece of bread. Evenly distribute sautéed tomatoes and peppers on to toasts.
- Top each with basil, a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
