Disclosure: This feeding hacks post is sponsored by Buy Buy Baby for purpose of review but all opinions stated are my own and not influenced in any way.
You would think since I’m already a mother I would’ve just known mealtime hacks from the first kid… but guess what? Things change and everything that I used for Keatyn is old news. I quickly found that out while registering for baby #2. The good part of that is that there are so many cool gadgets and baby feeding tips now. The bad part is that I didn’t even know where to start. Most products out there are designed to help make life a bit easier and I for one appreciate that. In today’s world, we are always on the go. That’s my number one complaint, I do not have enough hours in my day to get accomplished what I need accomplished. Luckily I found some amazing products at our local Buy Buy Baby that help shave off some time for daily activities.
Also who else struggles to figure out what to feed your kids? Honestly most days I’m just trying to make it through. I feel like the oldest is already at the point of no return. She lives off mac and cheese, pb sandwiches and chicken nuggets with the occasional fruits and veggies. Well it’s not quite that bad but where is my baby that will eat whatever healthy goodness I put in front of her?! I guess in her defense I was just like that at a young age and now I will practically eat ANYTHING. So there’s hope.
The little one though…she just turned 10 months so I’m at that awkward stage where I need to be feeding her “finger foods” yet I don’t know what to feed her. You would think I would know considering I raised one already but my slate is literally wiped clean. See my 20 Kid Friendly Breakfast Ideas post. I have however found some pretty amazing products that have helped make the cooking easier. So like any nice momma should do, I’m gonna pass on my baby feeding tips knowledge to you.

Baby Feeding TIps – Favorite Meal Time Products 2017

Ok this little piece of magic makes bottle making a breeze. Not gonna lie, it’s a tad pricy but well worth the buck if you’re making A LOT of formula bottles like us over here. Just call it the Keurig of baby bottles.
Beaba Baby Cook
This machine not only steams but purees all your baby food. It can also defrost and reheat leftovers or frozen meals for convenience. It’s definitely something you’ll keep around for a few years.

I love Happy Baby organic food when I can’t make my own because of their clear pouch that shows me the fruits and veggies inside. It also has no added sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
This is another brand I love for baby food. I get the little jars and I love that there are no additives.

I used this brand with Keatyn so I’m sticking with it for Charlie also. I would just rather stay on the safe side even if she doesn’t have colic or gas. Their two-piece vent system has been a game changer for bottles & also eliminates air intake in milk or formula. It’s “proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients, including Vitamins C, A, and E that are critical for health in infancy.”
The new Chicco training cups are perfect for transitioning your baby to sip cups. This cup has a groove to guide your child’s lower lip positioning so it is gentle on the gums but durable enough for children with teeth. You can also remove the valve for a better flow once your tike has learned to drink with the cup. Charlie loves hers! Makes her feel like a big girl like sissy.
I got these for our 4Moms high chair because they stay put on the high chair tray. My kids are crazy, they’ll definitely knock something off a table.
Boon Squirt Spoon
This spoon is perfect also for transitioning babies to baby food because you can put the food in the spoon and have it squirt out without having to cart so much stuff around. Also great for on the go since you don’t have to cart the jar around. It holds 3 oz of food.
I personally like the easy to grip handles for Charlie so she can learn to feed herself.
Keatyn used these as a baby and the best thing is she still does. Kids love the faces on these plates and bowls. They have two sections for food also. They are also easily stackable.
Their bibs are designed to fit a child body and the pocket catches all the spills. Trust me on this, it’s needed. For all baby showers now I buy bibs that catch food after raising my own. Plus you can throw it in the dishwasher after.
This one is the same cool concept but it’s foldable so it’s perfect to take on the go, it fits right it in the diaper bag.
If you’re extremely OCD about messes like this momma then this is essential. You just spread it out on the floor under the high chair for all the splitter splattering going on. Then you just wipe the mat down. It’s a game changer in the Houston house.

Ou first house was a loft condo so we were short on space and opted for a foldable high chair and it was hideous. I told myself with baby #2 I wanted a cute high chair. THIS high chair is not only the cutest and most modern but it is so easy to clean up and use. The tray is also magnetic so it snaps in like a breeze with one hand.
Inglesina makes pretty great quality stuff, I love my stroller of theirs too. I’ll talk about that in my travel post soon though. It’s lightweight for on the go and the perfect travel addition or if you wanna take it to restaurants with you. Once it’s twisted on, it’s on and it doesn’t damage the area.
I hope these baby feeding tips has help you with feeding your little ones (especially the wee little ones.) My oldest is pretty easy and I’m working on a post about sneaking healthy foods into comfort foods for kids of all ages. If you’re looking for the best and most reasonably priced kids gear though, make sure to check out Buy Buy Baby because they literally have EVERYTHING you could want or need for your kids. Charlie and I walked around forever and I was amazed at all the items they carried. Seriously everything, not just for baby registry but furniture and toys for not only Charlie but for Keatyn. The store associates are beyond helpful and guided me in the right direction anytime I had a question or got lost looking for what I needed. I also found my baby play pen you guys ask me about on Instagram stories there when Keatyn and I went back to get a couple things. You guys know what a lifesaver that is for me with a crawling baby. Plus you can usually snag a 20% coupon. As always message me with any questions you’ve got and I’d be glad to help out.
