BUSINESS CASUAL TIPS: DRESSING LIKE A FASHIONISTA WITH GROGAN JEWELERS

Hey loves! If you by chance had fall break I hope you enjoyed it. We went to Gatlinburg this past weekend with the kids and our friends. It was a fun time but man it’s difficult to travel with kids. Charlie stood up for the first time so that was definitely bittersweet. I came home to reality and have been working my fingers to the bone nonstop with no end in sight. That’s what we do though, we work for success. I may not have a typical “job” nowadays but I still have to dress for success during meetings and things of that nature. I wanted to share with you guys today some fashion forward outfits and business casual tips for the business world and I have paired it with super trendy pieces of jewelry from Grogan Jeweler’s by Lon to show you some business casual styling tips.

This ruffle sleeved t-shirt (that comes in 3 colors) is the perfect business attire shirt because the gorgeous statement sleeves add flair to the outfit. I would also wear it tucked into a pencil skirt. If you’re wondering how you can change up your business wardrobe, especially for fall here are a few small business casual tips:

• Find a skirt with unique details such as ruffles, corset, prints.
• Bold colors. Ditch the traditional grey and black. Break out pink, mustard yellow, maroon, etc. Fun fall colors.
• Statement jackets for your blazer. Puffed sleeves, bold prints, ruffles.
• Transitional jewelry. Layering necklaces, hoops, etc.

The cool thing about jewelry is it can transform your outfit. Take the long chain pictured above for example. You can wear it long for a dainty and girly look but if you want to wrap it twice it can transform into a layered look. You can even make into a joker. There you have one necklace but can wear it 3 different ways instead of buying multiple necklaces. Grogan’s has gorgeous necklaces that range from affordable to high-end that I’m loving. Ok I’ve talked about this before but hoops are EVERYTHING this fall. They were all over the runways in NYFW. It’s definitely a resurrected style that I’m fond of. The chunkier the better, the bigger the better this fall. I have found some amazing hoop earrings right now. A few of my favorite are this oval pair and these diamond cut large hoop earrings.
