Fall Outfits with Gymboree + 10 Things to do this Fall with your Kids

I can smell it in the air, fall is almost here. This week has been in the 80’s, which is cool for Nashville. But tomorrow it’s supposed to be in the 70’s and I’m breaking out my long-sleeved duds. Fall fashion is a favorite of mine, it’s no secret. It’s even better this year because I get to dress both of my babies in coordinating outfits. Ah the pumpkin patches we will go to while we all match… Matt will hate me.

On today’s blog post, I’m sharing 3 fall looks with Gymboree that are perfect for our family outings this year.  They have everything you need from durable playwear that makes it through playdates the perfect dressy looks for your family photos.

Also 10 things we plan to do with our kids this fall:

• Take a fall vacation || We are heading on a trip for fall break in October to either Charleston or a Disney cruise and luckily have our bases covered with our multiple Gymboree looks. We picked out 3 types of outfits: Halloween/Fall dressy, casual, day casual. One of the good things about these outfits is Keatyn can wear two of them to dance class and other events.
• Carve pumpkins for Halloween. This is one of my fondest moments with Keatyn and I can’t wait for Charlie to experience it also.
• Make fall crafts.
• Plant fall flowers like mums in our pots outside.
• Go on a nature walk. Tell them all about the seasons changing and how the earth works.
• Make s’mores and have a campfire.
• Take them to a farm. Ride hayrides, pet animals and go to the pumpkin patch.
• Bake pumpkin seeds from the carved pumpkins.
• Bake! Bake! and Bake! Can you tell I plan on baking? It’s my favorite part.
• This should go without saying but gothic or treating in your costumes. We wear family costumes every single year and I’m so excited to decide on this year.

I’m pretty sure that’s the cutest unicorn you’ve seen. I’m dying over Charlie’s outfit. Keatyn is ready for our dance parties in her athletic wear. It’s crazy to me how fast Charlie is growing. She just started crawling today and I’m beside myself over it.
