All you need is refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, premade football sugar cookie dough, cream cheese icing, and a piping bag. The chocolate chip cookie dough becomes the bottom layer pressed into a round cookie sheet, then you simply place the football sugar cookie dough right on top before baking according to the package directions. Once it’s cooled, I finish it off with a simple icing border for a little extra decoration. It’s soft, sweet, and so good that no one ever believes how easy it was to make.
