Hi friends! Today I’m sharing my Holiday Cocktail: Cranberry Aperol Spritz Recipe! I hope that everyone is binge watching holiday movies, eating all the sugar cookies, putting up lights, shopping, and all of the things. I don’t know about you, but now that Thanksgiving is over, I’m in FULL BLOWN holiday mode! It’s officially that time of year when the parties don’t stop, the drinks are flowing, and the vibes are just straight-up joyful. Truly my favorite season ever. And you already know what that means… themed everything. This is my moment, y’all. I live for festive recipes and cute holiday cocktails. One of my favorites from past years was my Rudolph’s Ruby Nose Rhubarb Fizz — the easiest little 3-ingredient holiday cocktail that always steals the show. CLICK HERE to see that recipe. This week’s cocktail is giving full-on winter wonderland, very much a “we classy tonight” energy. And if a classic Aperol Spritz didn’t feel holiday enough for you… don’t worry, I fixed it. We added cranberry, baby! Instant holiday magic.

INGREDIENTS (per cocktail):
- 2–3 fresh orange slices
- 6–8 fresh cranberries
- 3 ounces champagne or prosecco
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (plus more for garnish if you’re feeling extra)
