Hi friends! Today I’m sharing my Easy Shishito Peppers Recipe with you all. I LOVE this recipe for the fall season! If you’ve been keeping up with my recipes lately, you know that I’ve been sharing lots of easy, quick, healthy, and delicious treats that are great for fall game days!
I am 100% adding this shishito peppers recipe to the fall game day recipe mix. This is the perfect finger food for your guests and is a great sweet and savory treat. Super quick to make too. So when the hubs and your friends are all in the living room with no food on the table yet, whip this awesome snack out first. Below I’m sharing some photos of the final product as well as ingredients and directions so you can make it at home too!
What You’ll Need:
- Shishito Peppers
- Fresh lime
- Sesame oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Lime garlic seasoning
- Everything Bagel seasoning with garlic
Shishito Peppers Recipe Instructions:
- Wash and dry Shishito Peppers
- Put in mixing bowl
- Drizzle and toss in sesame oil until all peppers are coated
- Place evenly on greased baking sheet
- Oven on broil (LOW)
- Keep an eye on them until you see them start to blister / you can leave them in longer if you prefer them more blistered
- Place back in bowl for adding the seasoning
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice
- Coat with parmesan cheese
- Sprinkle with lime garlic seasoning
- Add Everything Bagel seasoning and garlic
- Toss until peppers are well coated with seasonings
- Transfer to bowl to ENJOY!
